Helpful Tips

  • Pack one room at a time and label each box with its contents, name of room it belongs in and if breakables label with fragile
  • Make sure bottom of boxes are taped up securely with strong ninyl tape
  • Wrap all breakables with bubble wrap. Other items can be wrapped in packing paper or newspaper
  • If packing heavy items like books, pack in smaller, more sturdy boxes or tea chests
  • Pack TV, Hi-Fi and other electrical goods in boxes and pack out boxes with bubble wrap or polystyrene
  • Any soft furnishings can be packed in plastic bags
  • We will provide garment cartons for hanging clothes
  • Removal company will cover sofas and mattresses with sofa bags and mattress covers
